Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Velox.PM at velox.pm. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Velox is an AI-assisted project management product in public beta. Features, uptime, and limits may change. Paid plans are listed on the site; during beta, workspaces start on the Free tier at no charge.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate email and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you put in the workspace (issues, documents, prompts).

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the AI agents (spam, scraping at scale, or attempts to extract system prompts), attack the infrastructure, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.

4. AI output

Generated backlogs, estimates, and tests are assistive. You remain responsible for reviewing them before using them in production work. Output may be incomplete or incorrect.

5. Intellectual property

Velox, its branding, and the software are owned by Quickers Venture S.L. You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

The beta is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the beta.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
